How do I choose the right length for my sneakers?
The best way to determine the correct length is to measure your current laces. However, as a general rule: 45 inches works for low-tops (5-6 eyelets), 54 inches for mid-tops (6-7 eyelets), and 63 inches for high-tops (7-9 eyelets).
What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your look. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unused laces in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
