Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Laces
Place the unused laces back in their original Bread Laces packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
